Ingredients - How to make shrimp pizza

How to prepare - how to make shrimp pizza
Sift flour and salt in a large bowl, mix them and make a hole in the middle.
In a small jug, mix the water with yeast, sugar and olive oil, and leave the mixture for 10 minutes until foam appears on the surface, then pour the mixture into the hole.
Using a fork, we gradually begin to bring the flour from the sides to the liquid and mix them together in a vortex. We continue to mix in this way until completely mixed.
Dust our hands with some flour, form the dough into a ball, transfer it to the surface of the workbench, and massage it until it becomes smooth and flexible (this means that if we press our finger on the dough it should return to its previous shape), and then brush it with a little olive oil.
We put the dough in a large bowl, cover the dough with a damp cloth and put it in a warm place for about 1 hour, until the dough doubles in size.
We put the dough on the table top and massage it again to release the air.
The dough is now ready to use, or we can package it with nylon paper and keep it in the refrigerator for a maximum of 3 days, or we can freeze it.
For the sauce:
We apply basil leaves on top of each other and tie them together with a thread.
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the garlic in it.
Add the tomato molasses, oregano and pepper, and stir.
Add the tomatoes and salt with stirring then add basil leaves and let the sauce boil over low heat for 1 hour with stirring from time to time.
We remove basil leaves and mix the sauce with an electric mixer until we have a smooth mixture.
Boil the water and add a teaspoon of salt, a piece of ginger, cardamom, laurel and lemon slices, then add the shrimp beads, dock and let it boil for 3 minutes.
We lift the shrimp from the pan and drain.
Mix shrimps with salt, paprika, coriander, ginger, white pepper and 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
To prepare pizza:
Grease an oven tray with a tablespoon of olive oil.
Sprinkle a little flour on the work surface and extend the dough in a circular motion until it is 3-4 mm thick and transfer it to an oven tray, then stretch it on all edges of the tray.
We prick the dough with a knife, then brush its surface except the edges with two tablespoons of food from the sauce, and spread it with a quarter of the cheese.
We distribute a quarter of the shrimp on the surface of the pizza.
Sprinkle the oregano, then cover it with nylon food paper, and let it rest for ½ hour in the fridge.
We repeat the same process with the rest of the Agameh and topical ingredients to make 4 pizza.
Remove the nylon paper and place the pizza in the preheated oven to 180 ° C for 12 minutes.
